It comprises of eleven floors with twenty spacious two-bedroom energy efficient and functionally designed apartments, two on each floor. Each apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room / dining room apartments are spacious, with large covered terraces offering beautiful views of the Mediterranean. Each apartment also has its own covered parking space. The building is erected in compliance with the latest building and energy regulations and is finished with luxury materials that ensure long-term functionality, minimum maintenance and upgraded security.
