Torrita di Siena. Near the small town of Torrita di Siena, an old, fully restored estate with a swimming pool is located, surrounded by 37 hectares of land. This property is unique not only for its historical color, structural and architectural features, but also for its amazingly beautiful panoramic location, not far from the main art and historical cities of central Italy.

Building. The total area of the property is about 1000 square meters. The estate consists of a main house on two levels, several outbuildings, and also rooms on the ground floor used as storerooms, garage spaces and cellars.

Bright and spacious rooms were recreated with the help of restoration work, using exclusively original materials of Tuscan architecture: wooden beams, terracotta and local natural stone.

Territory. The estate owns 37 hectares of land, consisting of fertile arable land, vine plantations and an olive grove.
