The Villa has been completely renovated. Separately built the master bedroom on the second floor, with panoramic views of the sea and Golf course.



On the first level there are three large bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen and dining room, a living room with large fireplace with access to the veranda, used as extra living space. Near the porch is a separate room which can be converted into an extra bedroom and a large bathroom with a steam shower.



There is also a large heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. Next to the pool is a separate room, where there is Russian Billiards / bar / game room with full Central heating which if required can be converted into a bedroom. A video surveillance system.

The house is stalled, the wide entry and Parking for cars. The large garden has been recently been fully landscaped with lawn and fruit trees.



The reconstruction was done under the guidance of a designer who helped to design the entire house with French country style. Home furniture, kitchen and tiles were specially imported for the Villa.



The Villa is very private and not overlooked by neighbours, the house is located on the West side of Aphrodite hills, just a 5-minute walk from all amenities.
