Twenty-nine luxury private villas located along the isolated roads on the island and the Peninsula Marina. In each area, significant space is reserved for landscaped gardens. Eleven villas are situated around the stunning beach is Crescent-shaped with fine-grained sand, created by human hands; the remaining eighteen villas facing the Marina have access to the protected docks.

the Architecture of the Villa is a contemporary expression of new and old; it is a combination of local mined stone around the base with a smooth plaster on top. Large glass Windows are optimally placed so that residents could fully enjoy the breathtaking views surrounding the Villa. European facade panels are used to introduce a warm yet contemporary contrasting colors.

All villas have a modern open layout, with the main areas oriented to the sea. Huge glass doors with a height of 2.8 meters are pushed into the walls, expanding the main living accommodation on the ground floor to the porch and near the pool. Each site has a private plunge infinity pool. On the top sleeping floor also has a full-size sliding glass doors that open onto a finished wood covered veranda where you can enjoy the Mediterranean breeze and views. Lower levels open out to private gardens and courtyards.
